Shane Huff – Director of Coaching In 1993 Shane traveled to Bolivia & trained with the famed Tahuichi Academy before returning & attending Cal State University Bakersfield. During his four years at CSUB Shane garnered All First & Second Team Conference Honors. Shane helped the team advance to the NCAA play-offs for 4 years, 3 conference titles, 3 regional finals, 2 final fours, and a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP! Shane also played in the USL/USISL for 5 years where he also won a NATIONAL CHAMPIONSHIP with the Central Coast Roadrunners. After playing and graduating, Shane was an assistant college soccer coach for 5 years at CSUB, Ft. Lewis College, and the University of New Mexico. Currently Shane is coaching youth club soccer in Rio Rancho, NM and is the Cibola HS Boys Varsity Team while pursuing his doctorate in Health, Physical Education, & Recreation. Shane holds both a USSF “D” License and National Youth License with plans to obtain pursue his “C” in 2009.
Jeff Tolley – Director of Goalkeeping Coach Tolley has been the women’s varsity soccer coach at Cibola High School since 2004. Over the last four years, coach Tolley’s teams have been district runner-up 3 times and state runner-up once. Prior to Cibola, Tolley was the head soccer coach at Lee County Senior High School in Sanford, North Carolina, for 7 years. Coach Tolley’s teams garnered 3 conference championships and one regional title. He has also coached at the collegiate level with Methodist College and has been the goalkeeping clinician with Campbell University, East Carolina University, North Carolina State University, and UNC-Chapel Hill.
Coach Tolley was the manager for the Raleigh Capital Express for the A-League and the NATIONAL CHAMPION Raleigh Wings of the WUSA. In his playing days, he spent time as a goalkeeper with the Raleigh Flyers (A-League), Dallas Sidekicks (MISL), and in the Deportivo Cruz Azul system in Mexico. Tolley earned his USSF National Youth License in 1996.
Caitlan Crewe (CC) CC is currently attending University of New Mexico working towards her degree in Criminology. CC has been playing soccer since she was 6 years old. CC is one of the originals of the Rio Rancho Soccer Club. CC played four years at Rio Rancho High School where she was a captain of the team for 2 of her playing years. CC has completed her NMYSA E-Certificate and USSF National Youth License.
Nathan Zurbie Nathan is the Goalkeeper’s Coach of Cibola High School where he teaches science while pursuing his Master’s Degree at UNM. He began playing soccer at the age of 4. Nathan was a 4-year letterman at Cibola HS and then played for the Kansas Wesleyan University Coyotes. While Nathan prefers to pull on the GK gloves and step between the posts, he is also adept at playing in the field. While in College, Nathan began is youth coaching career.
Chris Montoya Chris is a native New Mexican and graduate of Cibola HS where he was a 3-year letterman. He played club locally for Rio Vista and Admiral Elite. On the coaching side, Chris completed the NMYSA Youth Module I (U6/U8) and plans to complete Youth Module II and E-Certificate in 2008. Chris is also RRSC Head Referee. He is a Grade 8 referee and plans to pursue his grade 7 in 2008/2009. Chris also plans to pursue a career in Real Estate.

Local High School and Club Players Rio Rancho Soccer Club believes in investing in community development and helping players give back to the game they love. Many local club and high school players also form the ranks of RRSC Staff Coaches. This is a great opportunity for the players to give back to the game while providing young players with local heroes and role models.
