Friday Night Skills

Skill Night Session is designed for players U11 and above in order to supplement regular team practices and to enhance basic and fundamental skills of the players who are willing to gain more outside their teams.

Note: Skill Night will NOT focus on any group or team tactics or fitness.

Skill Night Session is held on every Friday @ 6:00 - 7:15pm @ High Resort field (the West end).

• Please RSVP as a team, through your coach.
• Email the following info to the account below, 'the team name' and 'the # of players attending'.

• If your team is not interested in participating, please RSVP directly to my email. asstdoc@rioranchosoccer.com
• Please consult with your team coach first.

Themes of the Skill Night are different every week but interact with one another.

9/5 First day:

• 'Dribble using various parts of the feet'

9/12:

• 'Pass, Receive, Turn, and Shoot'

9/19:

• 'Dribble in the situations which require turns'

9/26:

• 'Circuit Stations, Reviews of September'
