The latest version of the NWRGSL bylaws, general procedures and rules, as well as the annual rules addendum has been updated as of September 2004.

Bylaws, General Procedures, Disciplinary Procedures, Modifed Rules for U10 & U9 (note that the maximum number of players was changed from 9 to 8 players), Modified Rules for U8 & U7, and Modified Rules for Micro (U6 & U5) are available in PDF format.
