Minutes

Called to order: 7:10 pm

President’s Report:

• Small Sided on Website
• Club uniforms / showed example
• Youth $33.50 / Adult $35.50
• RRSC & RVFC – overview and why
• Coach education
• Skills clinics
• Jerry has meeting with Rio Vista next week – will clarify questions regarding relationship and pricing.

Vice President’s Report:

• 3v3 – Starts June 14 th (June 7 th registration deadline)
• Tryouts – U12G; U13G; U9B
• May 30 at 5:30 pm at Loma Colorado
• Rio Vista to come and help
• Summer Camps – High School, East Side (all on Rio Vista website)

Secretary Report: not present

Registrar’s Report: registrations we had this year: 640

Treasureers Report: Report and 06-07 Budget presented.  Secretary will keep a copy with the club records.

Head Referee’s Report:

• Covered sideline behavior

Field Manager: no report

Event Scheduler:

• Covered duties

Field Scheduler:

• This year went well
• In the Fall, High Resort is only available M/W/F

Commissioner #5 Website Coordinator

• Home team is to wear white if playing another RR team.
• ABA Creative Web Services is doing a good job for us.  They setup our website this year and will continue to maintain it for us.  If you have info that you would like to see on the site send an email through the link on the website.
