Registration Forms
Registration forms have been updated!
Since we have merged with Sting to offer a better soccer experience to our players, some of our registration processes have changed. Below you will find Documents that you will need to fill out and instructional documents on our new payment plan process.
If your child was born between August 1, 2005 and July 31st, 2007 you need the following forms:
STING-Player Payment Obligation Agreement For female players
TITANS- Player Payment Obligation agreement For male players

If your child was born August 1, 2004 and earlier, you will need the following:
NMYSA MEMBERSHIP FORM/MEDICAL RELEASE For all U7 and above players
STING- Player Payment Obligation Agreement For female players
TITANS- Player Payment Obligation Agreement For male players
A 1x1 inch picture of your child for his or her player card
A copy of your child's birth certificate if he or she did not play U7 or above with RRSC during the Fall 2010/Spring 2011 season

We cannot accept checks locally. You will either need to pay online or mail your payments to Sting/Titans.
