Caitlan Crewe (CC)
I have been coaching for multiple years and over those years I have found that the sole reason I keep doing it is for the smiles! My reason for coaching is to enrich the lives of kids with the game of soccer, and to give them life skills that they can take with them and use everywhere. My coaching education includes two youth modules for the the State of New Mexico and the National Youth License. My soccer playing experiences include 18 years, 4 of those for Rio Rancho High school where I was captain for two of those years. I still continue playing in local soccer indoor and outdoor leagues. I am currently attending the University of New Mexico where I plan to finish my Bachelors degree in Criminology with a concentration in social control with a minor in Spanish. I am planning to graduate in December 2010 and search for job opportunities in Colorado.

- Coaching Philosophy: I believe soccer is a wonderful game! To me it is my life and I enjoy every aspect of it. My goal as a coach is to pass along the knowledge I have picked up over the years playing and coaching. I want to impact the lives of kids, as coaches did for me when I was growing up. I will coach to win every game my teams play in. But at no time will I sacrifice the kids or the game to win. All my coaching is done at practice and the game will be the result of that work. And above all we WILL HAVE FUN!
Jimmy Wenzel

Local High School and Club Players
Rio Rancho Soccer Club believes in investing in community development and helping players give back to the game they love. Many local club and high school players also form the ranks of RRSC Staff Coaches. This is a great opportunity for the players to give back to the game while providing young players with local heroes and role models.
