CONTINGENT REGISTRATION for U12+ teams playing the NWRGSL schedule starts on May 25, 2010. Contingent registration is subject to team and player count at both the Club and League (NWRGSL) Level. Fee is fully refundable if unable to register player.

REGISTRATION CHECKLIST:

All of the below documents are required for registration indifferent of whether you register on-line, in person or by mail. Please read the below thoroughly and be sure to complete each step to not delay your registration. Incomplete registration packets will NOT be processed until complete.

 

  • RRSC offers On-Line Registration (where applicable).
  • Whether registering on-line, in person, or by mail, parents/players still have to submit the following documents to complete registration:
    • Completed and signed membership form and medical release: Fillable PDF form available at: www.rioranchosoccer.com. This form is also available at the end of the On-line registration process.
    • Picture (approx. 1 inch by 1 inch face-shot), attach to the top right corner of the Membership Form.
    • Proof of Age (e.g. copy of the Birth Certificate if allowed by law). Note: Players who were registered with RRSC for Fall '09 / Spring '10 can skip this requirement.
    • Volunteer Form must be included with registration documents.  If not volunteering, please indicate and remit the required $15 fee. The form is available for download on the main registration page and at:Volunteer Form.
    • Payment:  ($100 registration fee, $15 surcharge for non-volunteers, plus any donation to Scholarship Fund) made payable to RRSC or cash. Fee includes both the Fall and Spring Seasons (8 weeks each). When you register on-line, you have the option to pay by Credit Card; however, check payment saves the club money.
    • Uniform Order Form:  Only if you are ordering a new uniform.  Form is only for U7-U11 playing the NWRGSL schedule. Please be sure to enclose payment. You can find the Uniform Order Form Here.
    • Parent Information Sheet/Contract:  Please take this step seriously.  Registrations will not be processed without a completed form. You can find the Parent Information/Contract Form Here.
    • $10 Late Fee for all registrations turned in AFTER June 30, 2010

Incomplete registration packets will NOT be processed until completed.

    After registering on-line, submit the required documentation (see checklist above) either in person at a Registration/Document Collection (see option 2) or by mail (see option 3).

Children, born August 1, 2004 thru July 31, 2006, will participate in the RRSC Soccer Academy. Click here to learn more and to follow specific academy registration instructions.

  • Thursday June 24th, 5:30PM-7:30PM at the Big 5 in Enchanted Hills

Due to the costs involved in registering your player, RRSC has a NO REFUND POLICY.  If your child cannot play for any reason, all monies paid will be considered a donation to RRSC (except for contingent registration where applicable).

Please Be Patient
    We have over 800 players and it takes time to assign everyone to a team and get your information to the volunteer coaches. Your coach or team parent should be contacting you by mid August. Practice info is not yet determined. The coach will set the place and time for practice after registration is closed and teams have been formed.
